Noumena in Law Journal is an open access service that can be accessed by the public for free and supports global knowledge exchange. All published journal content can be accessed openly by the public without asking for payment from users, both individuals and institutions. Open access provides services to the public to read, download, copy and distribute both softcopy and hardcopy without having to ask permission from the publisher or author.
