LICENSE TO PUBLISH

1. License

All materials published by Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) is licensed under the Creative Commons 4.0 International License (CC-BY-SA) or an equivalent license as the optimal license for publication, distribution, use, and reuse of scientific works.

This license permits anyone to write, improve, and build upon the work even for commercial purposes, as long as proper credit and proper acknowledgement of the original publication in the journal are given to allow users to trace back to the original manuscript and authors.

You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Users may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests that the licensor endorses you or your use. If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you must distribute your contributions under the same license as the original.

2. Author Guarantee

Authors are required to provide a guarantee regarding the originality and inform that the manuscript has not been published in any journal before, does not contain any unlawful statements, does not violate the rights of others, is subject to copyright owned exclusively by the author and is free, any third party rights, and any written permissions required to quote from other sources have been obtained by the author.

3. User Rights

Authors and users are free to share the manuscript - either to copy, distribute or submit contributions in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license.

4. Author Rights

Authors have the following rights:

a. Have intellectual property rights (IPR) over Copyright, and other property rights related to the article, such as patent rights,

the right to use the substance of the article in his/her future works, including lectures and books,

b. Distribute and reproduce the article for his/her own interests not for commercial purposes,

c. The right to archive the article himself/herself.

5. Co-authorship

The author is required to sign a consent form from all other authors of the jointly prepared article if the article is prepared together to ensure and guarantee that all authors are aware of and have the authority to agree to the terms of the article.

6. Termination

If there is an error or material violation of the agreement and fails to correct it, then either the author or Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) may terminate the agreement by giving notice within one month from the notification to the terminating party requesting to correct the violation. Violation of this agreement will not cause this agreement or any license granted herein to terminate automatically or affect the definition of Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL).

7. Royalties

This agreement does not entitle the author to royalties or other fees. To the extent permitted by law, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties in connection with the article in connection with the use of the article by Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) or its sublicensees.

8. Others

Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) will publish the article (or has been published) in the Journal if the article editorial process is successfully completed and Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) or its sublicensee is obliged to publish the article. Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) can adjust the article with the style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization, and usage that it considers appropriate. The author acknowledges that the article can be published so that it can be accessed by the public and that access is free of charge to readers. Jurnal Noumena in Law (NL) will be allowed to sublicense the rights licensed to it under this agreement.
